PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid jetting apparatus which solves a malfunction caused by mixing of fluids when the fluid is forcibly sucked from a jetting head. SOLUTION: The fluid jetting apparatus includes a jetting head 13 equipped with a nozzle forming face in which a plurality of the nozzle openings 17 are formed and jetting the fluid from the nozzle openings 17, and a fluid recovering part for recovering the fluid forcibly sucked under a condition that it is brought into contact with the jetting head 13. The fluid recovering part has a lyophilic pattern part 60 provided in accordance with the nozzle openings 17 and exhibiting lyophilic properties to the fluid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
