PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trash receptacle devised in a manner elastic rubber is attached to a port of a container, elastic rubber is attached to an opening portion of a lid, and a main body container is used, so that the container and the lid can be simply jointed and perfectly sealed to prevent insects or cockroaches from entering inside by a close-contact effect of both of the elastic rubber, and in which a conical space is formed inside the lid to create a deodorant place. SOLUTION: In this trash receptacle, an elastic rubber is attached to edges of a circular container body and a lid, and the container body and the lid are overlaid on each other, so that they can come into close contact with each other.
