PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and useful ground conveying device for a plate-like article, capable of properly carrying the plate-like article on the ground, and easily loading/unloading it to/from a carrying vehicle. SOLUTION: The ground conveying device for the plate-like article comprises a flat delivering container 2 having a sufficiently large length dimensions 1' and a height dimensions h' as compared with a width dimensions w' so as to store the plate-like article 1 in a standing state, and an outrigger 3 applied to the delivering container 2. The outrigger 3 can be attached/detached to/from the delivering container 2.
