<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing coming-off of a plunger for preventing inadvertent coming-off of a plunger in the screw-type plunger used in a prefilled syringe and the prefilled syringe. <P>SOLUTION: The prefilled syringe includes a main body 15 of the syringe, a rod 23 which is connected to a gasket 47 making sliding-contact in a state of close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the main body of the syringe by screwing a male screw part formed on an end of the rod to a female part provided on the gasket and keeps the other end which linearly extended outward, ribs 46 radially provided on the circumferential surface, and a pressing plate located on the end surface, and a device 49 for preventing coming-off of a plunger which comprises a retaining member 51 for mounting on the main body of the syringe and a stopper 53 which is provided on the retaining member 51, protrudes inside the main body of the syringe, and engages one side of the rib on the rod. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
