PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet type ink set for color filters suitably used for the manufacture of color filters with less color and density unevenness in various parts; a manufacturing method of color filters with less color and density unevenness in various parts; and color filters with less color and density uneveness in various parts.

SOLUTION: This ink set used for manufacturing color filters by jet ink method which have color parts in their multiple cells provided on a base plate is provided with color ink including colorant and a first liquid medium in which colorant is dispersed and/or dissolved, and a film thickness adjusting ink for adjusting the thickness of the color part to be formed by being discharged to the same cells to those of the color ink, and is characterized in that the film thickness adjusting ink includes a resin material and a second liquid medium for dispersing and/or dissolving the resin material.
