PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring head and a method for confirming adjustment of the same that facilitate positional confirmation and adjustment between the measuring head and a measuring object. SOLUTION: In the method, a confirming tool 3 is installed outside a main body 1A of the measuring head 1, and the center positions of the measuring head 1 and a workpiece W are confirmed and adjusted by the confirming tool 3.
