A microwave heating device has a microwave generation section (5) having output sections, a heating chamber (4) for receiving an object to be heated, electric power supply sections (21a, 21b, 21c, 21d) for supplying respective outputs of the output sections to the heating chamber, and a control section (6) for controlling microwave radiation from the electric power supply sections to adjust the distribution of electromagnetic waves in the heating chamber. The microwave heating device is adapted so that microwaves concentrate on the object received in the heating chamber.
