LAVA-STONE VESSEL MANUFACTURE METHOD SOLIDIFYING MOLTEN LAVA-STONE BY A MOLDING FRAME

A manufacturing method of the lava-stone container is provided to improve the intensity by making the constitution of the container dense. A manufacturing method of the lava-stone container comprises: a high temperature heating process(300) in which the surface of the lava-stone is indirectly heated and dissolved by using an electric furnace of 1500-2500 deg.C; and a room temperature air cooling process(400) cooling the lava-stone at the natural state of less than 15 deg.C. The smooth surface layer is formed at the outside and inside of the container.
