<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film excellent in adhesiveness of a silicone release layer and a plastic film substrate, and a method of producing the same at a low cost and high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The release film contains a plastic film substrate, the surface modifying layer formed on one side or both surfaces of the plastic film substrate by radiating flame of fuel gas containing an organic silicon compound on the one side or the both sides of the plastic film substrate, and the silicone release layer composed of a curable material of the curable silicone composition, and the silicone release layer is provided on the surface modifying layer. The method of producing the release film comprises that the surface modifying layer is formed on the one side or the both sides by radiating the flame of the fuel gas containing the organic silicone compound on the one side or the both sides of the plastic film substrate, and the silicone release layer composed of the curable material of the curable silicone composition is formed on the surface modifying layer by applying and curing the curable silicone composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
