PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet capable of remarkably increasing the light condensation and diffusion efficiency, and to provide a backlight assembly of a liquid crystal display device provided with the optical sheet. SOLUTION: The optical sheet includes: a main body part into which the light is made incident; and a plurality of convex parts which are protruded in a prescribed thickness on the main body part; wherein the thickness increases from edges to the center thereof.
