PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output data control device or the like enabling a user to set easily selection of data acquired from a test system, and an output form of the selected data. SOLUTION: An accepting means 31 accepts a user's instruction on selection of data to be output in tester information acquired from an IC test system 1, and on the output form of the selected data. A data output means 32 selects a part of data acquired from the IC test system 1 according to the instruction accepted by the accepting means 31, and outputs the data in a prescribed output form. A file preservation means 33 preserves a user description script file group for specifying selection of the data to be output in the data acquired from the IC test system 1, and the output form of the selected data.
