PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement-treating sheet for animals, which can effectively prevent leakage, staining of an appearance, and the cool touches of the animals, without having to thicken the front-side sheet, or increasing the basis weight of the sheet, more than required. SOLUTION: This excrement-treating sheet 10 for the animals is constituted of a liquid-permeable front side sheet 20, a liquid-impermeable back side sheet 30, and an absorbance sheet 40 disposed in between the front side sheet 20 and the back side sheet 30 and in the entirety, having a planar shape, wherein the front side sheet 20 has a region, having fiber density which is higher than the average fiber density of the front side sheet 20, in at least one part of the absorbance sheet 40 side. The average fiber density is, preferably, in the range of from 0.005 to 0.20 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and the fiber density of the high fiber density region is, preferably, in the range of 0.007 to 0.25 g/cm<SP>3</SP>.
