<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding electronic instrument stably disposing a flexible board between one instrument body and the other instrument body in such a state that a necessary creeping distance is secured. <P>SOLUTION: This folding electric measurement instrument has a hinge body having a space part storing one insulation tube part 21 and the other insulation tube part 25, and foldably connecting the one instrument body and the other instrument body. A skew piece part 12 of the flexible board 11 wherein one connection part 14 and the other connection part 15 are disposed in an echelon state through the skew piece part 12 pulls out respective correspondence portions from one pulling-out port 23 wound in a turning direction and provided in one insulation tube part 21, and the other pulling-out port 27 provided in the other insulation tube part 25, and stores them inside the one insulation tube part 21 and the other insulation tube part 25 as a winding part 13.
