PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-based alloy having improved temperature durability. SOLUTION: In this Ni-based alloy composed, by mass, of 10-25% Co, 15-25% Cr, 1.0-3.0% Al, 1.0-3.5% Ti, 1.0-3.0% Nb, 1.0-3.0% Ta, 5-10% W, 0.1-1.0% Hf, 0.05-0.20% C, 0.001-0.030% B, 0.01-0.10% Zr and the balance Ni, a primaryγ' phase grain diameter is 150-400 nm and also, in the graph showing the relation of Al+Ti content and W content, it is desirable to be in the composition range encircling respective points of a point A (4.0%, 5.0%), a point B (5.5%, 5.0%), a point C (5.5%, 8.0%) and a point D (4.0%, 9.0%) with the lines connected in order.
