PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve especially the operation reliability of a biological pressure device that transmits pushing forces by a pressure device to a human body, including the performance of avoiding the application of any excessive pressure to the human body in the event when it should occur. SOLUTION: A safety mechanism 20 consists of main and auxiliary protection systems 23 and 27. The main protection system 23 has an arm member 24 and a main holder 26 that latches the arm member 24 and its posture in place. When the arm member 24 is latched, the retreat of a pressure member 18 is controlled by the end 24A of the arm member 24. At the same time, the auxiliary protection system catches the pressure member 18 with a ball 54 fitted in a V-shaped groove 44. If the pushing forces exceed the threshold value, both the main and auxiliary protection systems 23 and 27 will become inoperable and allow the pressure member 18 to move upward.
