A thoracolumbar orthosis is provided, which improves treatment and correction of the lumbar portion and does not injure the wearing region by maintaining the posture of a wearer in a correct posture. A thoracolumbar orthosis comprises a pad part, a pressing unit(102), a fixing belt(103), and a packing unit(104). The pressing unit has the width covering the lumbar portion of the human body. A first attach unit(106) consisting of male and female Velcros is adhered to the inside of the pressing unit. The fixing belt is extended from the both sides of the pressing unit. To the outer side surface of one side end and the inner side of the other side end, one of the respective male and female Velcros are attached.
