NATURE BIODEGRADABLE SHEET MANUFACTURED BY IMPROVED PROCESS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A natural biodegradable sheet is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs by producing a sheet from raw materials by using one stop and to obtain heat resistance by reforming the property of starch. A natural biodegradable sheet is manufactured by the steps of: (S1) mixing starch, aliphatic polyester, inorganic filler, plasticizer and lubricant in a high speed mixer and removing moisture; (S2) adding antioxidant, biologically degradable material and compatibilizer to the moisture-removed mixture, and mixing the mixture at high speed; and (S3) manufacturing the mixture by using a biaxial extrusion sheet machine, wherein the biaxial extrusion sheet machine comprises at least one kneading part, at least one reverse direction screw and at least one vent hole for ejecting volatile materials.
