A double balanced mixer is provided to compensate for the size difference and phase-shift of signal by utilizing the differential input property of the active circuit element. A double balanced mixer(100) comprises a high frequency signal separate unit(120), an intermediate frequency generating unit(110) and a matching circuit(130). The high frequency signal separate unit comprises a first transistor(121) and a second transistor(122). The intermediate frequency generating unit comprises a third transistor(113), a fourth transistor(114), a fifth transistor(115) and a sixth transistor(116). A matching circuit(130) comprises a capacitor(131) and a seventh transistor(132). The source end of the second transistor and the first transistor is connected to the bias shift. The drain end of the second transistor and the first transistor is connected to the intermediate frequency generating unit. The drain end of the first transistor is connected to the source end of the seventh transistor and the gate end of the second transistor. The capacitor is connected between the source end of the seventh transistor and the gate end of the second transistor. The gate of the first transistor is connected to the input terminal(RF+) of the radio frequency signal.
