PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire facilitating attachment, detachment and replacement of a reflecting plate and a glare cut cap. SOLUTION: This luminaire is characterized by comprising: the reflecting plate 1 wherein a collar 4 is formed in the periphery of an opening, cut-out parts 5 are formed on the collar 4, and a light source is disposed in its inside; a glare cut cap means 2 having a ring-like frame 8 overlapping the collar 4, a bar 9 with ends connected to the frame 8, a cap 10 held to the bar 9 to cover the front side the light source, and cut-out parts 11 matching to the cut-out parts 5 on the frame 8; and a lamp body 3 having a recessed part 12 for inserting the reflecting plate 1, and a holding means 14 allowing it to be held by inserting the cut-out parts 5 and 11 and by circumferentially turning the collar 4 and the frame 8. The holding means 14 has a projection part 15 for inserting the cut-out parts 5 and 11, a slot 16 engaging with the collar 4 and the frame 8 in the projection part 15, and a spring member 17 for pressing the collar 4.
