A data writing method and an apparatus thereof for improving the write performance of a flash memory are provided to read out data stored in a first storage media. A controller inputs writing signal, writing address and writing data from a host(410). The controller reads out data stored in the writing address of the first storing medium according to the inputted write signal(415). The controller determines whether to satisfy a condition that the detection result of 420 step is fixed(425). If not, the controller performs writing operation(430).
