FIELD: agricultural industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: hand-operated sowing machine consists of seed tank with a seed-sowing device, control lever, and sock, seed drop tube, covering shovel, and packing element, which are located in-series. Sock is made in the form of a vertically located plate with setting angle of beta=10...15° to direction of movement. Sock is installed on the control lever with the help of a bracket. Sock's plate is installed on the bracket by means of a sleeve bearing to ensure its free rotation. To the bracket there rigidly attached is a seed drop tube and tow-bar of the covering shovel, which can change the height of its installation relative to soil surface. Seed drop tube is curved and has a bell. Before the seed drop tube there installed is a furrow shaper conjugated with its inner cavity with the bell of seed drop tube along a parabolic curve. Furrow shaper has in its front part a wedge-shaped chest made in the form of a keel. On the external side of the plate there fixed is a flange made in the form of a half of ellipsoid of rotation. On the bracket by means of a tow-bar installed is a packing element made in the form of a wheel and having the possibility of changing the height of its installation relative to the bracket. Above seed drop tube there located is a seed tank with a seed-sowing device. The main measuring element of seed-sowing device is a brush plate with cells, which is arranged on a hub. Cells are formed by bristles of a various height relative to the hub. Cell is made in the form of hemisphere and is of the diameter equal to maximum size of the seeds being sown. To remove excess seeds from the plate's cells of seed-sowing device there fixed is a flexible reflector on the seed tank wall. ^ EFFECT: increased processing reliability, and obtaining sustained scheduled crops. ^ 4 dwg |
