FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns gas treatment and can be applied in chemical, food and woodwork industry, construction material and article production and other spheres where removal of fine-dispersed particles from waste gas is required. Dust collection system includes source of gas to be cleaned, fan, pipes and three inertial dust collectors at oncoming swirl gas flows. Each dust collector has form of cylindrical case with conical tank, top tangential inlet pipe, inlet swirler in bottom inlet pipe, and conical dust-deflecting disc at the outer surface of collector, with axial outlet pipe for cleaned gas and dust discharge pipe in which floodgate is mounted. Also the system features separation concentrator including inlet chamber with tangential inlet, cylindrical swirl chamber, axial pipe for discharge of gas flow with reduced dust concentration, and side pipe for discharge for gas flow with increased dust concentration. Conical tank of second dust collector has dust and gas mix discharge pipe. Source of gas to be cleaned is connected to tangential inlet pipe of separation concentrator, side pipe of which is connected to first dust collector, and axial pipe of separation concentrator is connected by pipe with first damper to inlet swirler of first dust collector. Axial outlet pipe of first dust collector is connected to fan inlet, fan suction pipe tangential inlet pipe and by pipe with second damper to inlet swirler of second dust collector. Dust and gas mix discharge pipe of conical tank of second dust collector has the third damper and is connected to tangential inlet pipe of third dust collector, and is connected by pipe with third and fourth dampers to inlet swirler of third dust collector, axial outlet pipe of which is connected via fifth damper inlet of separation concentrator. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of dust elimination from gas, improved reliability of system operation. ^ 1 ex, 1 dwg |
