FIELD: heating, fuel. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and systems for increasing and monitoring quality of liquid fuel and can be used mainly for liquid fuel applied in internal-combustion engines. The device contains a rotor, stator, chamber of scoring and qualifier. The rotor has a ring ledge entering the chamber of scoring. The ledge is furnished with radial cuts accommodating blades rotating together with the rotor. The rotary-pulsating device is supplied with a qualifier of the ring form, dividing liquid fuel by density on fractions, and incorporates a disk venting heavy fractions into measuring reservoir. By speed of change of volume or a level of heavy fractions in the specified measuring reservoir, the quality of liquid fuel is assessed. ^ EFFECT: production of fuels with improved service properties and the possibility to regulate engine regime parameters. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
