The jig (10) has a drill bushing (17) integrating of a slider (16) displacing along a circle arc ruler (15), and a hooking unit constituted by a pin (14) perpendicular to a cup shaped oblong plate (12) carried by an end of an arm (11). A large axis (13) of the plate is inclined with respect to a plane of the arm with a determined angle, such that the pin is housed in a posterolateral beam inserting femoral tunnel and the axis of the plate is coincidence with a large axis of a native anterior cruciate ligament insertion zone in a lateral condyle of knee.
