An object tracing and intrusion sensing system by recognition according to a type is provided to memorize at least one monitoring area and a location of a sensor and perform monitoring at the memorized location when the sensor operates, thereby monitoring a wide range without additionally installing a camera when a sensor is added. An object tracing and intrusion sensing system by recognition according to a type comprises a setting/storing unit(310), the first image process analyzing unit(320), the second image process analyzing unit(330), an object tracking unit(340) and an adjusting unit(350). The setting/storing unit comprises the following units. OTS(Object Track best Size)(315) is optimum size capable of discrimination according to a type of one object. An OSD(Object by Size Database)(313) sets size of an object according to a distance of at least one object according to a type. An OPD(Object by Pattern Database)(314) extracts a characteristic of an object according to at least one OTS size. An ODZ(Object Detect Zone)(316) is a part or the entire intrusion area of a camera area. When a sensor is generated, a preset setting unit(311) enables movement to a preset location of sensor monitoring. An environment setting unit(312) sets OSD, OPD, OTS, and ODZ which are environment elements according to a place where a camera(301) is installed.
