A fixing structure and a hinge apparatus are provided to fix an article to a member by inserting the stud to the corresponding stud insertion part. A fixing structure comprises a blade member(2) having a stud insertion hole(4), and a stud insertion part(5) protruding from the stud insertion hole. The stud insertion part includes an insertion space(5a) connected with the stud insertion hole, a plurality of flap parts(5c) divided by a slit(5b), and a snap-fit portion(5e) which is combined with a stud(3) and in order to prevent the separation of the stud, wherein the stud insertion part is inserted into a circular hole(21) formed on a member(A) and the flaps open so that the stud insertion part is kept from coming off from the circular hole. |
