PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire necessary log information on the basis of conditions in which equipment failure tends to occur. SOLUTION: An operation-processing parts 1, 3 operate equipment. A condition-monitoring part 5 monitors the measurement values of equipment-usage conditions and outputs detection information when the measurement values exceed a prescribed reference value. A log storage part 13 stores the log information of the operation-processing parts 1, 3. A log management part 11 extracts the log information from operation information from the operation-processing parts 1, 3, when the condition-monitoring part 5 acquires the detection information, and stores the log information in the log storage part 13 to manage it.
