The method involves depositing a solution of reagent in a reaction bottle or chamber (1) based on the predetermined volume, and depositing the solution of another reagent based on the predetermined volume. The former reagent is diluted in a blue color dye (X) to visualize the presence of the former reagent in the chamber. The latter reagent is diluted in red color dye (Y) to visualize the presence of the latter reagent in the chamber. A violet color dye (Z) is raised by mixing the two color dyes. An INDEPNDENT CLIAM is also included for a tool for realizing the enzyme linked immunosorbant assay type biological test.
