PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult for the conventional conductive ball supply device to adjust the amount of conductive balls supplied to a ball tray. SOLUTION: The conductive ball supply device 100 includes: a second hopper 104 to which a previously set amount of conductive balls are supplied from a first hopper 101 storing conductive balls 110 and which stores the conductive balls 110; a weight measuring means 105 for measuring the weight of the conductive balls 110 stored in the second hopper 104; and the ball tray 108 to which conductive balls 110 are supplied from the second hopper 104.
