A vehicle door switch is provided to improve the shape of a contact point part and add a connector direction changing plate for improving contact failure, thereby improving the freedom of a connector. A mounting plate part(10) is penetratingly inserted by an operation pin(20). A connector direction changing plate(50) is coupled with the mounting plate part around the portion inserted by the operation pin and formed with grooves formed around the portion inserted by the operation pin with a distance from each other in the circumferential direction. The operation pin is formed with protrusions(22) to be fitted into the grooves of the connection direction changing plate, wherein the protrusions have a length enough to be prevented from being deviated out of the grooves.
