PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a lubricant which leaks out of bearings to a predetermined exhaust place without staining peripheral parts of a bearing device and to provide a low cost and easily applicable bearing device to an apparatus in which bearing devices are already installed. SOLUTION: In the bearing device 10 which is attached to a conveyer installation target having a rotary shaft 101 and rotatably support the rotary shaft 101 on a rolling bearing 21, the main body 20 in which the rolling bearing 21 is arranged and an adaptor part 30 attached to the main body 20 to cover the side surface of the main body 20 are provided and the adaptor part 30 is provided as if opposing to clearances S1-S3 formed in the side surface of the main body 20, and a concave part 31 provided between the side surface of the main body 20 and the adaptor part 30 as if a grease reservoir chamber 11 is formed and an exhaust hole 33 to communicate with the grease reservoir chamber 11 and the outside part and a through-bore 32 in which the rotary shaft 101 passes after being provided in the concave part 31 is provided and an oil seal 36 arranged in the through-bore 32 are provided.
