PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus suitable for narrowing a frame, by securing a sufficient amount of current or suppressing a change in the brightness of a light emitting element due to a change in power source voltage. SOLUTION: At least part of at least one power source cable from among a plurality of the power source cables 103R, 103G and 103B is formed of a conductive film provided on a first wiring layer 135 and a conductive film provided on a second wiring layer 136, thereby narrowing width of the power source cable.
