PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building exhaust structure for reducing an exhausting load when exhausting air from a hollow layer formed by a double wall having one face facing the outside of a building to the outside of the building, and to provide the building and a double outer wall structure each having the same. SOLUTION: A first wall body 12 is provided facing the outside of the building 10, and the hollow layer 16B is formed between the first wall body 12 and a second wall body 14 opposed thereto. On the upper and lower parts of the first wall body 12 and on the upper part of the second wall body 14, an upper vent hole 18A, a lower vent hole 18B and an exhaust port 20 are provided, respectively, so that an exhaust means 24 introduces room air A to the exhaust port 20. The room air A exhausted from the exhaust port 20 is distributed to flow into the upper vent hole 18A and the lower vent hole 18B by a diffluence means 48. Thus, the room air A exhausted from the exhaust port 20 creates the flow of air downward to the hollow layer 16B to exhaust air from the hollow layer 16B through the lower vent hole 18B.
