PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the trouble that the whole of a sample tube is not uniformly heated when the sample tube is heated in a conventional sampling apparatus and that the test tube is not uniformly cooled at the time of cooling. SOLUTION: The sample tube 6 bypassing a sending pipe 5 is housed in a main body 1 and hot air is blown into the main body 1 from an air sending port 41 by an air blow fan while the air blown into the main body 1 is forcibly convected to uniformize the temperature of the surrounding space of the sample tube 6. By this method, the sample tube 6 is uniformly heated as a whole. Further, non-heated air is taken in from the outside at the time of cooling and the open air is forcibly convected in the main body 1 in the same way to uniformly and gradually lower the temperature in the main body 1 to uniformly cool the sample tube 6.
