A system for quantum computing includes a plurality of qubits and a control system. The control system generates control signals to control operation of the qubits and sets a bias point of each quit between a first position, in which the qubit is disabled and not responsive to the control signals, and a second positions in which the qubit is enabled and responsive to the control signals.
