An electronic control hydraulic steering system is provided that the sudden change of the fluid pressure providing the subsidiary steering torque is prevented. An electronic control hydraulic steering system comprises a vehicle speed sensor(220) sensing the car speed, an electronic control unit(230) producing the control voltage corresponding to the car speed, a hydraulic steering auxiliary actuator(240) providing the subsidiary steering torque. The electronic control unit includes a MCU(Micro Controller Unit) producing the control voltage, an output port outputting the control voltage to the hydraulic steering secondary actuator, a capacitor in which the control voltage gradually goes down.
