PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition enabling the uniform adsorption of a UV absorbing agent on clothes and suppressing discoloration with time lapse. SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) a cationic compound such as a polymer of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride, (B) an ultraviolet light-absorptive agent, (C) an antioxidant such as dibutylhydroxytoluene, and (D) a water-soluble solvent such as ethanol.
