PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method allowing an electronic document browsing person to easily acquire necessary information, and minutely chasing his interest. SOLUTION: An identifier dictionary, the kind and a definition of characteristic information of each identifier, the kind and a definition of movement to operation of the browsing person to the characteristic information, a user interface making the document browsing person perform selection or the like of various kinds of information, and a definition of control are embedded inside an electronic document, a selectable interface is provided to the document browsing person, a selection situation by the document browsing person is notified to a provider, notification is made to the provider when the definition of the operation and a definition of the movement are not desired by the browsing person, and the electronic document is provided in a form allowing to take statistics of the definitions of the operation and the movement by the browsing person based on the notified information.
