PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of surely radiating heat in a distribution board without mounting a fan exclusively used for radiating heat of the distribution board. SOLUTION: In a compressed air dehumidifying device 1 comprising the distribution board 10 receiving electric components, and a condenser fan 23 for cooling a condenser 22 in a housing, and cooling the compressed air in a heat exchanger by circulating a refrigerant by a refrigerating cycle, an air intake port 51 for taking the outside air and an exhaust port 52 for discharging the air in the distribution board 10 are formed on a wall surface of the distribution board 10, and exhaust ducts 13, 13 forming an air passage are disposed between the exhaust port 52 and an air suction side of the condenser fan 23.
