<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring device reducing errors in the detection of flow rate due to the difference in temperature between the inside and the outside of a pipe. <P>SOLUTION: This flow rate measuring device is provided with: a base main body 32 having a connector 13 protruding in the outside of an intake pipe 30 in a terminal part; a base 11 provided in the base main body 32 and including a flange 17 fitted into an insertion hole 31 of the device; a plate 10 provided on the base 11 and made of PBT resin, a flow rate detection element 2 provided on the plate 10 while exposed; a circuit board 5 provided on an anti-connector 13 side of the plate 10; a housing 6 forming a fluid passage groove 23 forming a passage 9 for measurement in which the flow rate detection element 2 is arranged in the inside in cooperation with the plate 10, and a surrounding part 20 surrounding the circuit board 5, respectively; and a cover 16 closing the surrounding part 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
