PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage inspection device capable of attempting to enhancement in throughput of inspection task by inhibiting long-temporalized of inspection task hours. SOLUTION: At the time when the measured value of pressure of a gaseous phase section within an underground tank with a pressure gauge reaches a specified pressure corresponding to an inspection pressure value, prior to initiation for the leakage judgment processing, an inspection initiation transition confirmation processing is implemented to judge whether or not shift to the leakage judgment processing is permitted.
