PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition having excellent flowability and thermal stability. SOLUTION: This aromatic polycarbonate resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 1-12 pts.wt. of a silicone/acrylic composite rubber-based graft copolymer which is prepared by grafting a vinyl polymer composed of at least one vinyl monomer unit to a composite rubber comprising a polyorganosiloxane and a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate, wherein a Si content in the composite rubber graft copolymer detected by the ICP/AES method is≤9 wt.% and a number average particle diameter of the graft copolymer is≥300 nm, (C) 2-20 pts.wt. of a phosphorus flame retardant and (D) 0.01-1.5 pts.wt. of a dripping inhibitor.
