PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting agent supply device of a machine tool capable of improving maintenance workability of a mist supplying pipe. SOLUTION: This cutting agent supply device of the machine tool is furnished with a spindle head 1, a main spindle 2 supported by the spindle head 1 free to rotate and a tool 5 mounted on a head end part of the main spindle 2 and constituted to supply a misty cutting agent made by mixing cutting oil and compressed air toward a working point of the tool 5. A mixing valve 17 to form the misty cutting agent is arranged on the side of a base end part of the main spindle 2, the mist supply pipe 14 is connected to the mixing valve 17, the mist supply pipe 14 is extended so as to reach the neighborhood of a tool mounting hole 2a of the main spindle 2 through a shaft center part of the main spindle 2 and the mist supply pipe 14 is constituted free to connect to and disconnect from the shaft center part of the main spindle 2 from and to the side of the tool mounting hole 2a when the tool 5 is removed from the main spindle 2.
