PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit and a delay time adjustment method which can easily adjust and change a delay time in signal transmission in interconnections of a wiring board such as a mounting board or a semiconductor package, and can be adapted to miniaturization and high density mounting of the wiring board. SOLUTION: A delay circuit 1 includes an interface 11 for giving a command of setting a delay time and a delay device 12 programmable to be set to any desired delay time.
