PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reducing influence which noise generated by the information processor itself gives to a received signal, and a received signal control method. SOLUTION: The information processor 10 is provided with a computer main body 11 covered with a first housing, a display unit 12 covered with a second housing, and a wave receiving part 20 for receiving and amplifying a television broadcast signal 1. The wave receiving part 20 has an antenna 21 and a variable gain amplifier (VGA: Variable Gain Amplifier) 22. A CPU of the computer main body 11 loads a received signal control program stored in a ROM and data required to perform a program to a RAM and performs processing for reducing influence which noise generated by the information processor itself gives to a received signal according to the received signal control program.
