PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise storage rack in which a rack side hook metal fitting is fastened to a rack side board without using a pressing device. SOLUTION: In the merchandise storage rack including: a pair of rack side boards 12 constituting a merchandise storage path for storing merchandise; and the rack side hook metal fitting 40 attached to a main body side hook metal fitting 9 fastened to the pair of the rack side boards 12 and mounted to a ceiling of a merchandise storage mounted in a suspended state, the rack side hook metal fitting 40 has an insertion part 44 inserted into the rack side board 12, and in the state where the insertion part 44 is inserted into the rack side board 12, a part 54 of the rack side board 12 is plastically deformed, so that the rack side hook metal fitting 40 is fastened to the rack side boards 12.
