A rotation step machine is provided to maximize the exercise effect, to prevent the noise from occurring, and to reduce load applied to the body. A rotation step machine comprises: a body(100) supported on the ground; a main axis(200) pivotally installed at both sides of the body; a pair of rotation steps(300) which are fixed on the main axis; a main pulley(400) which is axis-connected to the main axis; an assistant pulley(500) which is axis-connected to one side of the body; a deceleration disc(600) which is combined with one side of the main axis and is connected to the assistant pulley by the power transmission unit; and a speed regulator restricting the torque of the deceleration disc.
