An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the life span of the device by minimizing the change of brightness generated due to the deterioration of an organic light emitting device. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(200), a thin film transistor, an organic light emitting device(290), and a photo sensor(230). The thin film transistor has a semiconductor layer(220), a gate insulation layer(240), a gate electrode(250), and a source/drain electrode on the substrate. The organic light emitting device is formed on the thin film transistor, and is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The photo sensor receives the light from the organic light emitting device in a pixel area between the substrate and the organic light emitting device. One of the gate insulating layer and an interlayer insulating layer(270) formed on the photo sensor has an uneven structure(241).
