<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo insert and a piezo packer for implant surgical operation with a piezoelectric device. <P>SOLUTION: The piezo insert consists of a piezo insert body one end of which is inserted in and fixed to a hand piece of the piezoelectric main device; an insert pole extending from the other end of the piezo insert body; and an insert tip formed at the end of the insert pole.
