<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decline of target recognition accuracy caused by existence of an interference wave, concerning a wide band radar device. <P>SOLUTION: In this wide band radar device equipped with a transmitter for transmitting a wide band signal, and a receiver for receiving a reflected wave of the wide band signal transmitted from the transmitter, for recognizing the target based on a result of execution of band width synthesis of a plurality of sub-band signals having each mutually different frequency band in the reflected wave received by the receiver, an interference wave received by the receiver is detected, and when the interference wave is detected, a sub-band signal in a frequency band wherein the interference wave exists, is removed from sub-band signals in the frequency band to be subjected to the band width synthesis for recognizing the target. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
